I think there is a difference between adding a condition in the entry criteria and in the "Update Record" element. Entry criteria control whether the flow starts or not. I mean If we don't put a condition in the entry criteria, the flow will run every time an account is created. but here we only want to trigger the flow when rating sequel to warm and Conditions within the "Update Records" element control record updates during the flow's execution. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Why you have not used Assignment element here as Update element will count againt our governor limit?
