This is exactly how I’ve done it in the past, really good video and great idea to use “character” voices. They do wonders no matter how crazy they sound.

Is your room acoustically treated or no? Will this technique work in an acoustically treated room? How important is selection of room for the right sounding natural reverb?

My room has a bit of treatment. You can do it anywhere and you will always get different sounding reverbs. Doing this in a very reverberant room is really awesome though.

Nice list of Plugins! I've seen you do a lot with Ableton plugins but would be good to see some plugins that could help fill some gaps. DeEsser is a good example. Is there anything else you use that Ableton doesn't have baked in?
