This time, we’re featuring “Yomu Kiku Nomu,” a unique shop located in Jingumae, Tokyo!
As the name suggests (translated as “Read, Listen, Drink”), Yomu Kiku Nomu offers a unique space where you can enjoy music, books, and drinks. The shop boasts an impressive selection of records, including shoegaze, dream pop, post-punk, and new wave, with an especially well-curated shoegaze section-a must-see for fans.
They also carry original zines and books, earning them support from literary and art circles alike. The drink selection is equally noteworthy, featuring craft beer, natural wine, mead, and other rare options. It's a special place where you can relax with a drink in hand, listen to records, and have meaningful conversations about music and books.
