I don't usually post comments but i think you all need to calm down a bit. I've worked with Marco at Snap and it is a great studio, run by a great team, with amazing gear all over the place. No need to knock it.

Congrats! Amazing studio. When you mention a guitar signal is the same when run metres of wall core from the live room until it finally reaches the amp in that booth, it is magic, though. The whole facility is fascinating, and well developed. Inspiring!

how do u carry the audio single of condenser mic from the performance room ( d room where u have the grand piano ) to the main control room for editing ? please tell .. my doubt is that the control room has a glass window which allows you to see the performance room but how the audio signals from the performance room taken to the control room ?

@phanoonki10 жыл бұрын
Science doesn't' really know, there's a theory that the signal gets attracted to hard glass surfaces and can process through to the desk. No-one knows how this happens. It's as good as magic. I've herd of a thing called patch bays and tie lines, and also Cat6 ethernet, but that stuff is all just voodoo science same category as levitation. People can speculate, but it doesn't really exist.
@DubzCo10 жыл бұрын
lmao bro,...I hope that isnt in your mission statement as a recording studio cuz you aint gettin too far with tht view on patchbays and ethernet lol

Yan Lamberti They probably did. That is Marco's natural speech, it was probably a lot worse before it was processed. It didn't come across as harsh or anything in the video, I think they did a pretty good job editing it. When you edit speech the idea is to try and make it sound natural, like they are actually in front of you speaking to you, and, IMO, the audio in this video did that.

Thought so, had a look at your website not exactly that great is it? OK you may have a load of outboard gear and you might be OK with acoustic and electric instruments but your synth and MIDI stuff is crap. My shitty home studio could beat that and I know its crap as need a few more keyboards (got 3 Yamaha DJX's, an Arbitier 102XD electronic Drum Kit and a Yamaha DD55C) and hardware MIDI guitar unit (got software SuperEel2 , plus got hardware Superego synth pedal ) plus about 300 VST synths but at £450. per day and thats your MIDI synth setup? No way , typical London rip off over expensive studios, nice building though
