my phone always restarting on fastboot mode after i change something in "build prop editor" to change may region settings. You have downloaded wrong fastboot rom file that's why you got this type of error. Go to this link and download 2.9gb file full rom(Check fastboot) . download it then flash it .now you won't get any error😊
