You are so wise Nani! I especially loved your point about how creativity is about managing energy, not time. Mind blowing!! I definitely relate to your struggles with a stressful day job - as I've been struggling with mine recently. Just trying to take it one day at a time and really savor the little things. Thanks again for a great video! So glad you are feeling better and more like yourself!

I'm only in the first 10 minutes of your video and couldn't agree more when you said the importance of managing your energy. That it's really not about having enough time but having enough energy to write and be focused. I've been uttering the word "energy," and when you mentioned it, I was like "boom!" it hit me instantly. I think I should go back to doing 30 mins exercise every day to regain my lost energy and focus. Thank you for this ♥

I like the way when you say "we forgot to live", it is very relatable. And while watching your video, I remember a few moment that I forgot how fast time changing and keep blaming myself with not working but chilling and doing nothing. By making myself bored also help me with reading slump and writing. Good video Nani! Please take care of yourself and see you in the next video.

As another fellow writer/director who recently moved to LA it's definitely been an incredible change that's recovered my creativity, but also with all the new stimuli it can feel overwhelming and confusing as to which creative direction to go in. Love this video!

While I understand it's romantic to read a lot of books, but honestly, dedicating too much of your time and energy reading books is probably not helping you be more creative. The only thing that worked for me to create is to carve out dedicated time everyday to only focus on the thing I wanted to create.
