Thanks very much for helping me find the way to contact Amazon. They were charging my 93 year old mother every month for Prime and channels she accidently added that she thought were included, and she can't remember her account id. So I went to the Cdn Amazon using your instructions and found the secret customer service number... called them and they were very helpful. I managed to cancel the unwanted channels and even they offered a refund for some unused months. It was great service so I will stop complaining about Amazon :) thanks for much for your help!

Today I called their North American Customer Service to try to regain access to my original account. You MUST call, by the way. There's no way around it. I gave all the correct information (I was asked for the name on the account, address, old phone number, and email address), because I haven't used the account in over a year (lived in China several years and Amazon's useless out there), I just have to create a new account. I was told I can do this using the same email, but of course wouldn't have access to any of my order history (or previous music purchases). Hope this helps anyone who may need to call and is in a similar situation.

No matter what I do I'm being asked to click the notification sent to my phone number but I don't that number anymore. The call us link will direct to a pre recording where again I'm asked to change the password using the link that they'll send. But even from there I can't change the password because it asks to click on the notification sent to mobile number. Can't talk to any agent. Do you know how can I call them or email them?
