Thank you Lisa, very encouraging and brave as I have the same condition, here in Oxford New Zealand. I have only just started the program.

Hi lisa i also have PLS my symptoms began 3 yrs ago and ive lost most of my strength from my legs & can barely walk but my arms, hands, shoulders are now feeling weak & stiff it's so difficult managing daily life. Ive found it almost identical to yourself it's so painful 😒 ive been put on Tizanidine to help relax my muscles and also Levodopa for spasms and stiffness, i hope your doing better ❤️ your video is a great help thank you but i would of liked to hear more about your program and how we would go about getting more information about it🤔 is it available worldwide etc i do hope you do a follow up video just to let everyone know who also has PLS i think this would give us some hope for the future not just for myself but many others 🙏

Our last update from her was Sept 2022. She has maintained her improvements. She shared " I am happy and feel very grateful for the life I have. I look forward to the future and am very excited to be expecting our fifth grandchild in November."
