Is it common to have foot numbness too? I have the hand numbness on both sides and a hard time writing but also a hard time with finer motor skills with my legs.

What would you say about the recovery for ACDF at 4 levels- a relatively healthy 57 year old, good bmi. When would I be able to do general activities of daily living? Tasks at home? The reason I ask is that my insurance only offers limited home care, I live alone and have no family in the U.S. If I stay in rehab or an assisted facility, I could lose my disability benefits. I am worried.

ACDF (anterior cervical disc fusion) surgery is a different surgical procedure than this surgeon 's topic of discussion.

For disk fusion or disc replacement with artificial disk?

Unless you had a fusion that sounds insane.

That depends on what your job is and level of recovery.

Funny that you talk about irritation. It feels like the growing pains from childhood. It’s logical when you think about it but it is that kind of pain.
