Hi everyone, sorry for being away for so long. I've lost a close family member earlier this year and It's been really hard for me - honestly the worst year of my life. I understand my dad died a few years ago and grief is like a scar sometimes you don’t even think about it and other times you just missed them so hard I recommend doing Grief therapy it really helped me
