Hello! How are you? 🙂 Our software does not import animations nor it enables you to animate your clothing. For that, you have to do in a separate software. Just import the 3D clothes you created and animate them elsewhere.

How to import models in Tpose

Hi! To import any type of avatar that is not Fashion Studio's presets: 1- Click on File and Import; 2- Select the Import Mannequin option; 3- Select the file in .fbx or obj format, referring to the mannequin or object you want to import;  4- Click Open; 5- Wait for the file to be loaded; 6- The Import Mannequin window will open for you to perform some importing settings. In each tab available in this window, you will find instructions to perform these settings. this software is umpressive, I was going to make custem outfits for my vroid models, would you know how to make a cape though?

We have many users that utilize Audaces Fashion Studio to create outfits for external models like VROID too! 🤩 Now, for creating a cape, it's kinda similar to creating the lower part of a dress. 1. First, you have to create the neckline where your cape will be attached to. 2. After that, just select "pinch with ring" tool around the neckline and drag down. It will create the cape. The more you drag down, the longer the cape will be. 3. After that, you just have to cut the front part of the cape. Add the gravity simulation and you're good to go!

Can these clothes be used in animations? Do they get exported with proper topology and UV maps? Or do we have to fix that in Blender?

Hello! Of course, you can export your clothes to any other 3D software and animate them there. Regarding topology and UV mapping, our software does that to a limited extent. Therefore, we recommend that you address any topology/UV mapping inconsistencies and enhance the quality using Blender.

As someone that loves clothing designs, especially for game development, I must ask, how and why is this free? Look, I LOVE free, but it working as nicely as this and not being locked behind a paywall is quite, weird? lol. I wouldn't mind this saying free, but where will the royalties come from?
