To anyone wanting to do a cast of their face: PLEASE DON'T APPLY PLASTER STRIPS DIRECTLY TO THE SKIN. Plaster heats up when it sets and it can actually burn you. Use either silicone or alginate first, and then apply plaster strips on top of that to make it sturdy.

1: yes please post the elbow squeezin'. was it a ganglion cyst? 2: I got my brain tumour removed through my nose like an ancient egyptian and I would advise not to stick anything that far up your nose 3: I made a cast of my face about 5 years ago and I have no idea where it is. Can't wait to find it in some unexpected nook in my house
