First time I had this dish was in Malta, it was fantastic, since tried it in London & Spain, but nothing beats Malta taste.

its a great dish swordfish. I stayed with some friends who still have their restaurant in Mellieha back in 1978 and tried swordfish for the first time. Beautiful taste. Im there shortly

@@englishmanfoodie Yes its still therem its called Ta Peter restaurant facing the Solana hotel in Mellieha. Good Maltsese food. Iv known the family for years. good food!!

MANY COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF 😋 🧑‍🍳 👏. One of my favorite dishes Steve. Can't beat "fresh swordfish" fried in olive oil with caper sauce plus side salad - just how you did it -10/10 😊(Thawed or frozen here - very dry!!) A sprinkle of your Italian herbs Chef would have added some extra flavor 🤔. (Ann's accent always reminds me of Bristol 😢 😊) Proset Chef Steve 🥘 👏 Cheers 👍🇲🇹❤️🇪🇺
