I think one of the main reasons I love your videos is how every time you're in what looks to me like a finished outfit and you hold up a piece like "but what if we added THIS" I instinctively am like "surely not" and then basically without fail you come back and you were RIGHT. I don't know when I'm going to learn but for now I will just continue to enjoy being repeatedly wrong and surprised

For outfit number six, I think the bright red works because of the stark white pants! The calmer red of the jacket helps tone the rest of the outfit down. She looks GOOD!!

Have you done a “how to use Pinterest” video? I’ve used it to make boards of cute animal videos and mood boards for events, but the outfit inspo concept is beyond my grasp. I just pick a bunch of individual items and get email ads to buy them outright. It doesn’t help me incorporate last year’s clothes 😅 Also, love that you have shorter jeans than the inspo photo. Autumn rains and long jeans do not mix.

the cargo pants outfit is probably my fave :D (surprisingly). I also loved the orange boots with the skirt. And the trick of tying a shirt over trench coat is also very cool. I might personally feel a bit weird going out like that but the shapes and the drape it creates is awesome.

Re: a button up under a rugby shirt: Parker York Smith recreated a similar men's look and he did look goofy (by his own admission), so I was not prepared for you to look so fabulous! Rolling up the sleeves I think is part of what made it work for you: we get three places where the blue button up is peeking through, which automatically looks intentional. Amazing!

For dark look with a beret...colour contrast is much lover on inspo pic than your brown pants. Also shiluette is much slimmer...slimmer pants and jacket...Also, you were right with smaller scarf...Bcs of this things look didn't translete in realitty.Maybe you can try that one again with some other peaces😊❤

Outfit reviews you didn't ask for: 1) Cute but maybe a little basic. Without the jacket reminds me a bit of blues clues for some reason. 6/10 2) Love this one with and without the vest. Giving cool girl autumn. 9/10 3) I also like it better with the first scarf you tried. Maybe try some different pants that are a bit darker? Maybe maroon? 6.5/10 4) Such a great example of taking inspo and making it your own. The red shirt underneath really makes it for me as I don't think I would like nearly as much if it wasn't there. Definitely gonna try out putting a shirt underneath a sweater this winter and it will be great for extra warmth. 7.5/10 5) Love this one two. Feels a bit whimsy goth? The silhouette and colors are really working for me. 9/10 6) I didn't expect to like this one as much as I did. The low profile shoe is really working for me in this outfit. Giving cool art teacher. 8/10 7) I love how different this one is. Baggy on baggy also makes me feel cool and I'd love to see you play around with it more. I think the two reds would look cool together with different pants. The white pants are such a strong contrast with the top half that the contrast between the reds becomes just a bridge too far. If the pants were darker and lower contrast with the rest (maybe the cargo pants from the next look!), then I think the two reds would have more of a chance to harmonize and play off of each other. Kind of like how the bag in the inspo image is more of a tarnished pewter than a bright silver, you know? (I also think the silver shoes would have more of an impact with a darker/more muted pair of pants. But I am also biased against white pants, so do with that what you will.)
