office lights is an effect that comes with keyframes for animation offset- I’ve seen some comments saying I could’ve just manually edited these text values, but I tried that off camera and it was a no go 🤷🏽‍♀️ definitely gonna see if I can make saber and text animations work together and I’ll update you guys!

In the render settings you can make the background transparent instead of using blending mode and then it should work

for the rvd intro i think there was an effect called "random fade up" and you can combine it with like flicking text and then keyframe it to stop flicking, i think that should work idk:)

ty to giving a lil shoutout to r.i haha, we appreciate. also, ik this was a quick and simple video but you could have used black solids and make them flash for the opacity and with the saber text and a black bg, so it's like kind of an overlay, precomp then remove the black bg. also maybe for a pt 2, that you use one of the intros you made and make a edit with whatever characters and celebs inspired by the show, like 3 girls for the ppg intro and etc. that's what i thought the video was going to be at first haha, but amazing and creative vid lauren as always

Lauren!! Instead of clicking screen for saber you can click on the saber render settings and carrot down then you’ll see composite settings and you can’t change it from black to transparent!!

For the anchor point u know there’s a little toggle at the top ( with selcect, masking, pen tools) where u click it and can just drag the anchor point without have to click a on key and dragging ect

orrr maybe for the riverdale part, you can seperate the letters and then make the opacity going 0 to 100 but since some are flickering and going up to 100 is like a bit late, you can put 1 keyframe is like 2 and then make another keyframe and make 1 and like put another keyframe and make it 5 or whatever...yeah.
