Hello PD, your previous powerdirector apps didn't lag but now with your updated version I encounter a lot of lag and delay when the video is playing. I've been using your powerdirector apps for 3 years and in version 12.3 even if the duration of the video reached 1hrs, my editing didn't lag, only now in version 12.5 can you return it to the previous one when I select a video I can forward the clip I mean you can tap the duration of the clip while you are watching it, unlike the new update I can't forward it the clip while it is already checked. why is it that in your old version you can forward the duration of the clip while here in the new update you cannot forward the clip

I would really like help with problems I now have since the upgrade… (1) My play head keeps sticking all the time. (2) My audio now freezes or just completely stops as in there is no sound at all All of this is making my software unusable, and I need a editing software for my continuous content . I totally wish I hadn’t of upgraded this new version, there seems to be zero help from PD and I’m going to have no choice but to cancel my prescription and get another software… I did in the past enjoy PD but I feel with the lack of help I’m cancelling and not ever returning… when all I need is some help for a problem I didn’t have before your upgrade.

(1) Move your mouse cursor onto the position of the project timeline ruler where you want to move your play head and then click your mouse to move the timeline pointer to the position. (2) Check if you disabled the audio track you want to preview. On each track, there is a speaker icon on the left side of timeline. Make sure the speaker icon is not crossed out. cool video...but i have to say that i dont really like how the new interface looks. Now Power Director (for pc) looks like any other Editing Program for Beginners. I think the "old" one looks way more professional. Sad that you have to use it, in case you want to have the other features of the 2024 Update :(. I really love editing my videos with Power director but yeah
