Recreating the SUPERSTATION in TOMY!! | Thomas & Friends Layout Wars

Myself, ‪@granpuff.‬ & ‪@awesometrain77‬ got together for a little layout war! The goal was to recreate the Thomas & Friends Superstation in Tomy, or in Awesome's case, TWR. We had 55 minutes to build, I show off my layout in this video, be sure to check out the others' videos before you vote on which set best represents the Superstation.

This is no super station. This is ULTIMATE station. This is such a gimmicky concept for a set, yet this all works on so many levels and feels so cohesive. Definitely worth the money. Although in my opinion the original super station sucks, it's too tall, wide, and big enough to the point where I have nowhere to store it.

Intriguing to see this done with TOMY. William Polteski, EzCuldee, Roman's TWR Empire & TWRProductions4 did a video like this a few years ago which was very entertaining. However, what made that video so fun to watch was that you got to see everyone build their respective layouts. Stress, panic, freak out, friendly competition, etc. Something perhaps to keep in mind if you ever do another Layout Wars video. I for one, hope you do. It could become its video series in its own right. You could perhaps even do a TOMY vs. Trackmaster layout war. You have to incorporate a select amount of locations that each respective range made, and then much like this video, the comments vote on who pulled it off better. The person building with TOMY, or the person building with Trackmaster. In any case, the amount of exposition and explanation was to be appreciated. It just feels though as if the actual building of layouts was cut from video, and we were just left with the start and the end. Alas, merely my opinions, and still an enjoyable video. I just merely see room for development, and figured I might as well share my two cents. Can't wait for the next video! :-)
