Hey benny! Just a FYI because you mentioned buying out in cancun, I advise you to get your mexican citizenship first. You can get it if one of your parents or grandparents is born in mexico. I highly recommend you do it because you will pay lower property taxes & the property will actually be yours. Also, if you ever want to try out Hotel xcaret mexico, let me know. I have a membership with them, and I can get you a better price. They have high-end restaurants & all xcaret parks are included with your stay.
