Here's my take on Uncle Bo's Delish Thai Style Clams.. Sweet and Savory Pupu Dish

I made this years ago and it was pretty spot on. I didn’t write it down and I have been wanting to make it again, but try adding coconut milk and a curry paste, I think I used red curry.
