I which the crab pots were that small and light when the winch’s didn’t work on my dad’s 30 foot Monterey commercial crab boat(San Francisco), it took the two of us to haul them up. Dungarees crab, it was hard work but good memories.

I was in Miami and the Keys for a job & fun in January 1989. The Superbowl was the following week so the Sunday Miami newspaper had a special supplement surrounding the Super Bowl. They asked local celebrities where they would take friends coming in for the game. Every one of them included Joe's Stone Crab in Miami. I had just eaten there a couple of days before. I recommend trying out a batch of crabs boiled with Zatarain's Liquid Crab Boil. It's spicy. Follow the instructions on the bottle.
