Would be good to see the under stairs area utilised more with some custom cabinets running the full height and width rather than just that small cubby. It could then be used as the pantry space, freeing up the taller cupboard for bulky items, or even side-by-side laundry.

But all of their under stair storage options (when offered) are clunky, quite obviously trying to fit standard size cabinets into non-standard spaces, leaving loads of dead space. So would be nice to see more custom work. Especially in the tiny home market, where the inches count.

Well I think they do a great job with what they are able to put together for the “price” they charge for these models. I think when you go or talk about “custom” you also have to consider more in price. Now if they didn’t have a hall pantry I would say yes let’s see more cubbies under stairs but I truly believe Mr. Tiny maximizes as best as he can to also keep it profitable and cost efficient for buyers. This unit is awesome

@@PinkyLove2011 They tend to use a lot of upgraded finishes, their show model price is typically about 30k above the base model price. Yes, it probably helps them sell it faster but I'd rather see that money spent on items that offer more functionality than things like cabinet handle upgrades that I can easily swap out myself later.

I really love this one, Mike. Love the tub/shower in the bath. It has even more storage than the single section I live in now. That is if you count the loft as storage. Great salesmanship as always.

It keeps getting better and better. Just when I think my mind is made up you cause me to change it. The tile is the best feature. I would want floating stairs to allow room for a dining table. A farm sink, black or white quartz counter tops kitchen and bathroom. Remove the dresser to allow for more closet space straight across. Shiplap in black. Solar panels on the roof, and a heating system for off the grid. I'm loving this one as well.

It's just nice to know approximately what the cost is. I want this home. I'm so happy the full size appliances. And, and a washer/dryer. Slap some solar on this and I would go so remote.

I am happy to see that the Bedroom Closets have doors on them that make sense to me in taking up little space to open them, and they do not block the center dresser area when their doors are open - where one might put a T.V. - like Barn Doors would.

I love the pantry closet and I love the extra storage in the hallway across from the washer dryer and I love that there's a loft the only thing I would change is the window in the living room I would eliminate the window across from the sofa and put the TV directly across the sofa

I could love to see this in an 18 foot wide. Pull out storage under the stairs. Keep the big cubbies but add more. No tub for me. Love the front porch. Would love to see the bonus room . Have the master bedroom with Barn doors and built in dressers and bed box . Have it bigger for my king bed. Have a split loft for the teenagers.

I love how much usable wall space you’ve created in the living room. The downside to lots of windows can sometimes be lack of wall space, not just for TV’s but an other furniture that survives a downsizing.

I would love to see this with a full loft over the bedroom as well. Love the extra storage in the hall and the pantry. The straight in to the toilet in the bathroom makes it much easier to accommodate a wheel chair and transfer with a framework over the toilet. I would also change to a low threshold shower for myself rather than a tub combo. Yay on using the space under the stairs but its not very user friendly. I would like to see a taller, and even angled on one side door that would allow a vacuum and brooms to be put in the tall side, or even extra clothes rod since closet space is minimal in the bedroom.

This is a nice floor plan. I love the little quarter Wall of Separation and not having the built-ins so that you have choices for how you want to arrange that little space. I wish it had a wood burning stove or a wood burning fireplace. I also wish the bathroom had a tub shower combo.

Nice tiny home. Beautiful living area and bedroom. Nice storage. The bathroom desperately needs a window though. And a peninsula in the kitchen would add storage or a place for a dishwasher.

There is actually a window on the floor plan for the this model, not sure why they chose to omit it for this particular build. If they wanted more storage, I would have built out some narrow shelves to the right of the vanity, there's a bit of dead space there.

❤Loving it, Mr. Tiny, but I don’t need the ceiling fan on front porch, would love a wood stove in living room. In kitchen need a drawer dishwasher, need a seat in the shower. The pantry don’t need it would rather that be the space for washer & dryer. Don’t need duo closets in bedroom would love to take some of that space and where you have the washer, dryer set up I would want bunk beds there. All that I would be ready with my 2 grandchildren to move in. 🙏🏾🙏🏾💕💕🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

This is my favorite tiny home so far. I think the partition wall between the kitchen and living room is a great addition. Now the sofa doesn’t feel like it’s in the kitchen.
