Why we can't add and custom the job forms ? Like questions, upload file and so on.

You can use 'interview form' to gather more data by asking questions. You can create a survey form with as many questions as you need to ask. Also, the jog form on the website can be edited to add more questions and to upload a cv. All such gathered info is stored in the internal notes of the application form.

Why don't I have the Generate Offer button? I've upgraded to Odoo 17 already.
