I request to GCS please minimise the percentage criteria for non technical entries from 60% to 55%. Course exams can't define our capability . 60% is tough to score in theoretical streams ... Major example is UPSC CSE merit . ( UPSC exam is based on theories it's merit rarely touched 60s...
