Job description is important cause of perticular which department recruitment required candidate understand & also he match their criteria himself strategy, evaluation himself for perfection about this job. Now a days multiple mixed job vacancies opening links finance+ IT knowledge & HR + IT knowledge+ Machine learning this type of job candidate are confused this for job description is very important

Cause without descriptions of job on one know what type of job they required and its is useless without job description cause everyone will apply even different types of job workers can apply and this will be totally useless and confusing 😂thats why job description is important
