Sir is there any definition of low and ultra low apr. How low is low and how low is ultra low anatomically

If the anastomoses is above peritoneal reflection it is anterior resection If the anastomoses is below peritoneal reflection it is low anterior resection If anastomoses is at the pelvic floor it is ultra low anterior resection

Sir While deciding for a short course CRT why do we not wait for the conventional 4-6 wks? And why do we not give adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with short course RT?
