In this video, we present the derivation for the closed-form solution to a Degree 1 Linear Recurrence Relation. The solution provides a closed-form for both the Degree 1 Linear Homogeneous Recurrence Relation, and the Degree 1 Linear Heterogeneous Recurrence Relation.
