Gotta think positive! When my grass clippings have too many weed seeds to compost I can rely on the docks, pokeweed, and thistles for nitrogen.

Bro I got the thistle and yellow dock everywhere in the garden too.. Muskegon area. Good thing, is most these plants are edible or medicinal and always free compost. Good stuff

If I ever need nitrogen for my compost I always have enough dock. They make a fantastic mulch too.
