Recycling Organics Waste at Home

What about wet food. Like cooked dishes that’s left over (ex. Beef stew). This all shows dry food but where does the “wet” food go?

There is a “DO NOT” list under organics and it says do not throw oils, fats, grease. But in the video there is a cooked steak? Cooked food majority of the time has some kind of fat, oil, or grease. Does the cooked/wet foods go into the black bin?
