what is the dif with SMART IA and HARD IA ? what of this 2 is harder?

Every "smart ai" game I've played is with a Brutal level enemy, so you can watch the videos and get an impression. There is no "hard" difficulty level in red alert 2, there is easy, normal and brutal.

technology stolen again and again. it’s fine as u play with bots. For me, it’s the sign that u have a good multi-tasking skills/eyes or not.
