Something I use to do years ago could be a fun challenge. 1 v 7 brutal A.I as Great Britain, win with zero casualties. It's easier if you start with no units for jump jets will pop your starting tanks if any of the random A.I are Allies.

a challange i have is to win attacking with only aircraft, starting as the allies, but you can use engineers to capture other faction structures to build their aircraft
