What does Einstein's laboratory do?

Allows you to build a single Allied transport helicopter. In addition to the repair facility next to it, 2 airfields and numerous oil rigs, there are more capturable buildings that are part of the "secrets" of the map protected by turrets/veteran units, but they don't do anything.

The harder AI mod may be needed though, since the regular AI sucks on the map. Because of small spaces, Soviets don't build at all, Allied will build to adv. tech but only make boats or rocketeers, and Yuri just spams ore miners.
