Hello, could anyone help me to understand (detailed answer if not hard) how to use mods for steam RA3? previously i used it on pirated, wasnt hard really but on steam version I'm not sure what to do exactly

The MOD files location is the same, Documents\Red Alert 3\Mods Open your steam Library, right click on RA3, Properties. At General, Launch Option, Select Ask when starting game. Below, at the advanced user may .... the empty box type: -ui Thats all

Привет Уменя ни как не получается запустить эти карты , даже после излечения Zip . Если не трудно можешь объяснить как ты это делаешь

Not quite get what you mean. When you finish download, it should be (filename).zip Unzip it, there will be new folder as (filename), inside should be (filename).tga and etc. Cut or Copy paste whole folder into RA3 App data Maps.
