I have gone through this phase...2-3 yrs er jonye khub weight gain korechilam, which was affecting my health...tarpor i started to take care of myself again..1st a i started working out, but schedule er jonyo continue korte parini...then i went to a doctor for my health issues j amake bollo i need to control my diet and improve my lifestyle! Trust me 1 year of dieting worked like magic for me!! Sayanta da should join gym again..ete i guess he will feel more motivated! And thank God he's cut down junks now💕🙌
