To recap. Red Arcuied in old Melty Blood games is basically her given in to her blood thirst so the laugh is crazy. In Lumina, she is Arcueid on her period so she's JUST a bit crazy.

because old Red Arcueid is similar to Berserk Arcueid in Remake but not Red Arcueid from Remake which more psychopatic, cold and selfish but with the same personality as usual Arc. This version from Remake much better in contex reading Ciel route from Remake

I didn’t get a crap about what the guy above me just said so Imma explain who MBReAct-MBAACC Red Arcueid is. But first, we gotta make some comparisons to Nanaya and how Shiki and Arcueid share some similar fears. Nanaya manifested thanks to Shiki’s fears of becoming a killer, well, Red Arcueid manifested due to Shiki’s fears of Arcueid losing all her mana and going on a rampage, similar to what happens in og Ciel route, but worse. Arcueid keeps her bloodlust in check by restraining a part of her powers but once she uses too much power she won’t be able to hold back, that’s what Shiki’s fears are based on. How did they manifest you may ask, well, like every other character that should be dead or shouldn’t exist in Melty Blood because it happens like 1 or 2 years after Tsukihime or Kagetsu Tohya if I remember right, Wallachia and White Len, that’s why she’s called Warcueid sometimes, in og Melty Blood Wallachia often uses her in most routes as one of the final bosses, Wallachia doesn’t take Arcueid’s body and neither does White Len, they create a new body with nothing at all, that’s the specialty of the Night of Wallachia and why it always comes back, and since White Len inherited the TATARI’s powers she can bring all of the previous summonings that Wallachia used. TL;DR: TATARI Arcueid based on the fears Shiki has about Arcueid, later brought back by White Len.
