Confused why we don't keep Broad and Monmouth closed for these restaurants from 4pm to closing EVERY night? Deliveries could happen during the morning or midday but then the restaurants could make up for lost revenue by entertaining the dinner crowds outside. I don't feel it would be much of a hardship for Red Bank but it could help these restaurants from going under.
