Red Billed Queleas - We Move Together

Everywhere you go in Tsavo you see these flocks, swarms, spreads, gaggles, chirps of birds, particularly the queleas. These red-billed queleas are well-documented in so many documentaries and yet something about their tiny and immense presence is hard to understand till you're among them. Watch till the end to get a sense of what it is like to be quite literally among them.
The photographs started during the day, with shots of them flying in absolute sync from water body to tree and back. Clustered coordinated chaos that they are, I was hopeful to see them during sunset and get some fast shutterspeed shots in dying light, with the sunset in their wings. Got quite a few of those shots here.
