I know buyers look at your homes and feel relief that they already have beauty and functionality. Your homes are truly "move-in ready" and that's worth paying for!

Lesson learned, it seems, is with a higher end home you will recover the cost and more with higher end finishes. You truly hit a home run with this one, Elisa! Hope you do some more flips in this price range!

German here, prefabricated kitchen cabinets are actually the standard here in Germany. Due to the modular system and with the help of a kitchen planner, the kitchen gets custom fitted to your space (like existing outlets, pips, as well as weird layouts or corners). It's also normal here that the dishwasher and the fridge are build in with matching cabinet fronts. To get more customized kitchens, some people do buy only the prefabricated bodies of the cabinets and get the fronts/doors custom designed and made by a carpenter. One of my favorite houses of yours so far!

Thank you for sharing! That’s so cool that you are using a lot of prefab kitchens and panel ready appliances. It’s a lot more expensive here, but they look amazing! 😍 We need to learn from you guys!!

Fellow German here. I asked myself for years and years now why you still use outlying hinges on many of your kitchen cabinets, or hinges that are very old-fashioned. We use the hinges you now showed in this kitchen cabinetry for decades already. And in most (not all) fitted kitchens we have the dishwasher and fridge covered with the same panels like the cabinet doors, just like neko2412neko said. Looks very chique and more high end. Something I also struggle with is the fact that I rarely see handheld showerheads in your bathrooms and showers. Only the fixed ones, which I find highly impractical. Especially when showering/bathing children the handheld, flexible showerheads are way, way better.
@Mijah1016

@@dorisschneider-coutandin9965Handheld shower heads are affordable and can be installed by the homeowner. Many flippers like her would just put whatever it is the cheapest to cut the cost. I am currently renting and that's the first thing I did to my two bathrooms. Changed the showerhead to a rain shower/sprayer combo.

So beautiful!! Love the new cabinetry you used. Great idea using the touch of wood under the bar, where normally can get dirty with scuff marks.

The mature trees -- Japanese maple, lemon, and plum -- would be real value-adders for me. I suppose many people want to grow vegetables in raised beds these days, so good choice there. I'm much more interested in design elements than the business end, so I must say you've really upped your game on what was relatively weak before: bedroom lighting. On the other hand, those kitchen cabinets, although pretty, appear too shallow to accomodate most commercial packaging.

I was waiting to see one of your before/after videos, and worth the wait! I really love that you kept the red brick and not painted it, I find it gives more cachet to it. Also loving the new finish of the kitchen cabinets, and the tiles in the tub/shower. Congratulations on your sale!

Love the house. My ONLY slight quibble is that I’m not a big fan of the white upper cabinets in the kitchen because it looks unfinished to me but that’s a taste thing, I still think the whole house is stunning

The toilet room is my favourite thing! It makes so much more sense. I don’t know why it’s not more common as it used to be back in the days. There’s obvious reasons why it’s better separately. 😂😂

Everything looks very beautiful. I like that you extended the countertop to serve as backsplash because that finish is easier to clean and looks very connected. However, i know it's expensive to do that, do you find that it's worth to do it? Will you stick to that or go back to doing tile?

Love the white oak cabinets but I don’t like the upper cabinets with the white doors and wood frame. They remind me of the 70’s style of cabinetry that mixes wood and white. I’d prefer all white or all wood

I am always waiting to look for your videos and usually I love the transformations you do, but about this one, the kitchen looks cheap with thoses cabinets. And, it is very difficult to reach to thoses cabinets above the peninsula.

This is great but there are a couple of things that are not done up to par with the price. Specifically, the strange two-toned cabinets. They are outdated. It's better to have done all white oak. Also, the lack of mitred edges on the tile work in the bathrooms. Those two changes would have made a huge difference.
