What a beautiful vintage house - please consider keeping those kitchen cabinets and painting or refinishing them - considering the age of the house, I’ll bet they’re far better quality than you could replace them with.

I feel like a lot of homes have so much potential with a simple home renovation!!!!!! I already see the vision and what it can and will be!!! i was thinking the same exact thing with expanding the closet to make it a walk in. So much room to work with in that house!

This is an exciting flip, Elisa! This house strikes me as having been a custom built home, once upon a time. The oversized rooms, quality doors, wood floors, little touches like the round window in the bathroom...very unique. I'm very excited to see how you open up the kitchen and dining room, bring those floor colors into synchrony and update those antiquated bathrooms. Let's hope the mystery muck on the bedroom wall is wallpaper glue and nothing worse. Since this is going to be a $3 million house, I'm very interested to see the quality materials you use to attract the higher tier of buyers. I love the idea of a outdoor kitchen. What other special touches can we expect, I wonder? Are you leaning toward modern or traditional? Guess we'll have to stay tuned to find out. Good luck with this one! (I hope it turns out as well as the retirement home house you did quite a while ago, with the custom staircase!)

I would keep the doors paint them white and change the knobs to black

Nice looking project. I'm sure you'll put your amazing ideas and team to good use. I think, however, that removing the old brick "grill" in the back yard would be a mistake as I believe it is also a pizza oven. If I'm right, you should look into keeping it. They are highly sought after and pretty expensive to build from scratch. Anyway, can't wait until you unveil the resulting dream home.

Yes! Pizza ovens are all the rage! I had an outdoor grill like that one and I loved it.

I've been a sub since the beginning of your channel. LOVE your content. Is it possible to turn the background music down in future vids? It's becoming so intrusive bc it competes with the commentary. People wear noise cancelling headphones to eliminate background distractions (such as this unnecessary added music) so that our attention is not divided. I would love to hear only your voice, as we would hear in an actual TV show. But if not that, at least it would be more preferable to have the music at a lower volume. Thank you!

If you were inclined to improve the look of the red bricks, would that involve painting over the red bricks or something else?
