Of the 3 guys you didn't know, the 2nd one looks like Ed Scott. Some of the best Toby Segar footage I've seen from this event.

It's all about the air time. Nothing else. If it were possible I suspect these would try to limit their time touching the earth. This says gym to me. This says the sport is going to become set programs like gymnastics where each contestant must do two of X flips, four of Y, etc. Free running is becoming flipping and the obsticles are generic. Challanges are who can flip the most or the hardest. Sad.

Well freerunning is about doing the coolest tricks possible using your environment and obstacles which is exactly what they are doing It isn't surprising that they try to stay in the air as long as possible because they can do the best tricks like that but they are still using all the available obstacles and come up with creative ways of doing incredibly moves So I really don't know what you mean when you say that it bothers you they aren't touching the ground enough because that isn't really the point of the sport... Maybe you should instead watch break dancing competitions if you want more contact with the ground
