This is that episode after Daniel Ricciardo got fired and I like so many others have to find a wasy of spelling out to the F1 and media elite that they shouldn't have done it the way they did. Daniel Ricciardo connected with fans on a human level. In a way that numbers can't explain and I think that is a lesson for the entire automotive industry. It's not all numbers. On the other side of that sales pitch is a living, breathing human being.
