It was all custom. I purchased light kits on eBay and on amazon. Prices vary. Not water proof

JFB Gamer RPM sells the mounting kid. Single Spare Tire Carrier: Slash 2WD and 4x4 www.amazon.com/dp/B014K3N4PA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_tfkOybADZP2EE They also offer a double one too. I didn't go with that because of the weight. Thanks.
