Kshetrimayum Daya awarded Best Actor (Male).
Ithoi Oinam awarded Best Actor (Female).
"Eigi Nupi Tamnalai" won Best Feature Film.
"Samadon" won Best Debut Film by a Director.
"Tharoi Ahambagi Mahao" the Best Popular Film for Wholesome Entertainment.
"I Hanunghaoga (Let Me Return)", a Tangkhul film, received the award for Best Film in dialects other than Meeteilon.
Ningthoujam Ojitbabu won Best Director(feature film) for "Eigi Nupi Tamnalai"
Bishwamittra Khwairakpam won Best Director(non-feature film)
Seema KS Awungshi the Best Art Director for "I Hanunghaoga (Let Me Return)".
Tarung Wang won Best Cinematography for "Khullaksa".
Khundrakpam Sanjit received Best Editing award for "Eigi Nupi Tamnalai".
Nanao Sagolmang awarded Best Music Direction (Song).
Tenao HD awarded Best Music Direction (Background Score).
Sorri Senjam awarded Best Male .
Thongam Loijingkhombi awarded Female Playback Singers.
Pinky Saikhom Best female playback singer in Thajgi Macha Morambi produced by RKFilms Imphal
"Iron Women of Manipur" winning Best Film Special categories included recognition for films focusing on sports and social issues.
"Eewai" received Best Short Film.
"Lairaba" with the Best Music Video award.
Moirangthem Nilamani, received Lifetime Achievement Award.
Rajmani Ayekpam was honored as the Best Film Critic.
MSFDS Lifetime Achievement Award 2023 to Moirangthem Nilamani Singh, a prolific film personality.
Best voice-over/narration award was presented to revered playback singer in Manipuri cinema Chongtham Kamala.
