Probably about as fast to use the lemoyne raiders hideout glitch, you get the jewelry bag and $20 then walk over to the field next to the house, closer to the tree line than the house, and save and reload, as many times as you want. If you do it right while the gang is camped there, you will also get the jewelry bag and potent tonic on the little Island slightly southeast of The hideout.

There’s also another Large Jewelry Bag inside a drawer in a house with a tree fallen on it right next to moonstone pond. You have to climb a tree to get inside and get it. The question is if it comes back after you ride away and sleep/save?

this works, its best to save and load after you take the jewelry bag and stay inside the house so you can more likely spawn near the pond

To my knowledge only the one at shady bell, that also has $20 in it. You take the bag and money then run away Westward to The far side of the field west of the house, save and reload as many times as you want. It's a good way to get enough money to buy a few things at the beginning of the game especially, like improved gun belts and ammunition.
