Red Dead Redemption 2's Platinum BROKE ME! In this video I obtain the Platinum Trophy for RDR2. There are 52 total trophies that require over 200 hours of gameplay! This grind made me lose my sanity but it was well worth it!

Absolutely insane grind. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while bc I love this game. I even 100 percent save filed it on two separate playthroughts. But man, it’s like the zoologist/ skin deep and gold rush are trying to destroy your sanity. Crazy how those achievements make you feel so close yet so far

​@@jreign.05100% agreed man. Everyone says gold Rush is the toughest trophy in the game but like 50 of 70 missions are completed in less that 10 minutes each if you know what you are doing. Zoologist and Skin deep were tougher due to the completely randomness of the spawns of some animals. The Western Moose goose made me want to just jump off my balcony

I think it’s way easier to just do it while you progress in the story, it’s a lot less depressing cuz u can move to missions when u get tired of trophy hunting

Fishing tip: switch controls to hold X/Square instead of rotate Rthumb/R3, also SPAM Left Thumb/L3 updownupdownupdownupdown until the fish fights again. You reel them in in no time. Just did the fishing w Jack in CH2 to unlock the legendary fishing and grabbed all 8 available here in 2. Easy Peasy

The level up online is so quick.. as long as you having a good time you do not feel the time. The levels are all around 4000xp so not a hassle at all. The tough one is All Fair trophy. Almost impossible on your own.

You can catch the fish by just barely casting out from the boat in as short of a distance as it will let you and you'll have it caught an reeled in in 10 seconds.

@@MacAttackPlays trying to maintain patience, and maybe limit myself on some days so I don't burn out. These 70 gold medals are kinda annoying. As for the 100%, I'm like 83% complete. Which I know sounds good but there's a ton of stuff I still need to do. Not to mention 2 missable trophies I did not get in the campaign which I know I'll have to start up a new game for the companion activities or errand boy trophies. Right now just trying to do everything else. Little at a time

@@josephbiondi8427I platnuimed the game in three weeks and here are some tips. Get all the satchels ASAP, so as many challenges as you can till the game doesn’t let you as aurthur (I did them all as Arthur due to new Austin buggy glitch for herbalist 9) do as many hunting requests as you can before you accept the request, so the same for the exotics get all the plumes before you talk to the collector(the spawn rate goes down for all of these things) and most importantly track, study, kill then skin every animal you come across guarma dosent count but if you want to fill your compendium like me then you’ll want to do it.
