I don't know why I experience microstutters and screen tearing with a horizontal line in this game on my GTX 1050 Ti, 8GB RAM and i5 2400, I tried enabling VSync in the control panel. it fixes the horizontal line, however my FPS drops massively even on LOW settings!

what are y'all talking? i'm running it right now on my 750 ti on high 70+ fps lmao no bypass needed, dx12 is supported at driver level if i'm not mistaken.

So... it's has graphics like 2012 (original 2010 + some new details and textures)... But don't work properly on PC from 2017 good job rockstar

Xbox 360 ran that on low settings at 720p and 30fps with dips. A 1050 Ti is running it on low at 130fps+. That's almost 10x the number of pixels. Sounds like it scales just fine.
