I see some people complaining in the comments that Dragoon shouldn't have been unbanned or that Red Eyes Fusion should be banned, etc. They only say that because this video doesn't show the other side of Dragoon: it's instant game over if your Red Eyes Fusion opener gets negated by Ash Blossom or other negates since you'll still be locked from summoning for the rest of the turn. This is an all-or-nothing deck that either opens with Dragoon, or instantly scoops because Red Eyes Fusion/Verte got negated.

Me too! Joey Wheeler is my favorite character. I have tried using a Red-Eyes deck, but unfortunately, it's too difficult to compete with meta. So, I built it with Flame Swordsman instead, and I think it's good enough

Dark magician the dragon knight is just protecting your back row and it's name become dark magician and make them unaffected 😂

I got dragoon on my first pull too! And do it, DM is so fun to play. You really have to set your board up so the duels have a lot of give and take. Now with dragoon though it's a lot more oppressive though

@@rothaga5495 yup, just look at red eyes fusion, a red eyes card, its way worst than branded fusion, neos fusion and others, you cant summon on the turn you actvate it, witch means that if you get ashed your end board is nothing, in DM if you get ashed you can set your traps and keep playing.

@@tatsuostatic8567 im trying using magicalized fusion since the lv 6 red eyes sends DM to the grave so easly, and so keeper of dragon magic is a good normal summon for the deck, the only problem is that you have to choose between keeper, black metal dragon and red eyes fusion for your first turn play and each one looses to diferent cards... and ash, ash kills everyone.

I need you all to understand something and it's real simple. To every single person who uses a meta deck I swear to the gods of Yu-Gi-Oh if I look at your profile and you have casual or relaxed player on your card you don't deserve to play the game anymore because a relaxed and casual gamer doesn't and should not ever play meta decks which only harm the game. And some of those are like this deck red eyes dragoon which for the longest time has been banned I have no idea why they took it off the ban but it needs to go back but it's not only them it's the ka-shit-ra's and labyrinth too. Not to mention snake eyes and all the other crap that's obviously BS.

Yup. Zeus SENDS all cards, does not destroy or target Dragoon, Typhoon RETURNS the card to the hand, also doesn't target. Dragoon is immune to destruction and target.

Red-Eyes Fusion is the problem. Ban it and Dragoon can't be summoned turn 1 anymore via natural draw, verte python effect, or Red-eyes insight search.

@@hugon6717 I've seen someone recycle branded fusion 3 times in 1 turn it is quite a BS card red eyes fusion has a massive draw back branded does not and both can easily be negated but Branded can just come back and be used multiple times red eyes is a once per turn and it's draw back is still in effect even if negated so now u can't summon now tell me wuts more unfair again ;-;

@@endemicjoker9132 Branded is not even tier 1 in MD anymore, it can only keep up because of BF, if you can get it off. Yes it's way better but steps have been taken to mitigate its power with consistency hits. DM/RE is not even a tiered deck iirc. I get complaining about BF, but REF?? Nah that's messed up people just want to be spoonfed easy games. I agree with you for the most part.
