We recently sold our main residency and move back to our rental in SF Bay Area. We update 3 bathrooms by a handyman. It is a surprise that you need a pro to do these in FL. In CA a pro charges $15~20K/bathroom for tub-shower, vanity and floor. Handyman charged way less.
