lore is basically they are a faction of Kadets that does not follow the Zheltorossiyan dogma, and as such is separated from the major Kadets movement. They are led by Maklakov, which starts off post-Summer War between Novorossiya and the Central Russian Government under Kolchak.
Basically if Drozdovsky won the Summer War, and failed to deliver on his promises, cracks down on democrats and republicans and etc.
eventually if maklakov gets to unify Russia, he would held a national presidential voting, of which the other members of the New Kadets can be elected into power to replace him as a favour to show his true Republican idealism.

What would Igor be like in the Red Flood setting. I know he in general was a well liked and respected composer and while living in America had quite a large and inclusive circle of friends from the LA celebrity scene. What would his social policies look like compared to other acclerationists?

IRL he is a massive fascist sympathizer, tho he hated the nazis due to their anti-slavic ideas. He would regularly conduct orchestral plays at theatres all over italy and played for mussolini a lot and to d'annunzio, of whom he admired. Before this he was actually a right wing liberal, and a member of the russian kadets (constitutional democratic party). In red flood timeline, nothing would stop him from doing his concerts to western europe, but his support for the kadets cause and movement would wane just like how it is in real life, but not to the point in making him leave the party altogether. This also means since mussolini failed the coup, he would be hanging out with dannunzio and his crew instead. He would become a futurist due to this, but then gets rejected by marinetti due to his preference towards classical rather than modernist music, which is basically heresy in futurism. This makes him come back to russia as an accel that is not truly futurist, intending on moreof changing the immaterial plain of the idea that is old russia into a new russia, one that is not constrained to the ideals and beliefd of the old, yet he doesnt immediately dismiss them as falseness. Its basically pragmatic accel fiumanism with a huge tip to nationalism and slavocentrism.

Also the thing is that despite being political, he does not put politics into his music, almost all of them are purely apolitical and serves music as music truly is, a piece of enjoyable and understandable entertainment than a way to rally the mass for a cause. This is why he is popular when he moved to america, hell he even gets vouched by roosevelt if i recall correctly
