Samica często siadała na konarze przed budką. Może przestraszyła się pójdźki i uciekła, a potem się opamiętała... To tylko luźne spekulacje. A pary dziarskich słodziaków ogromna szkoda💚 Serdecznie pozdrawiam Edith💚

maybe the nest should be given a small hole so that the owl can't enter

The owl was ruthless taking only the head and intentionally left the chick's body for the mum to find. It's heart-wrecking but nature is nature.

Oj tam oj tam. Mniej będzie tragedii małych ogrodowych śpiewających ptaszków. To żadne słodziaki, tylko to byli zabójcy przyszli. Żeby pisklaki drapieżników nazywać słodziakami. Co się z Wami dzieje ludzie? Z głowami wszystko ok?

As sad as I am by this. I will say it again... Worst parents EVER!!! No Falcon I have ever studied or helped has ever left their young in the middle of the night for Hours! These type of Falcon are the worst Ever!! I've seen Peregrine Falcons defend their nest and young from GHO's almost to the death. Kestrels defend from all kinds of intruders. These Falcons don't deserve the name!! Rest In Peace Little Ones! May your next life be better and longer!!

Taking it too personal. I can't remember an association of Falcons that will strip them off the name.
