The 'white statue' is not where the emperor was buried-It was the throne room, where he used to give audience to the public on the famous peacock throne, which was ransacked and taken to Iran when a Persian king invaded Delhi in the 1700s. It still is there. Google images of the peacock throne

Ninja unfortunately, the true Peacock throne was subsequently destroyed by the Persians. The Persians then built a replica, but it is supposedly not as grand as the original.

I like these videos. I just wish you'd talk about the locations, country, food, smells ( I've heard a lot about that ), culture and people more. I'm sure there's lots to talk about each place you go. Observations are good for all that isn't shown. For instance the people seem really friendly. Also, I don't know what you're eating but is it good and spicy? AND more importantly did you get any amoebic dysentery?

Don't know if the extra charge for outsiders is racist. They did the same thing is Tasmania when we went there recently. You could argue that those attractions are somewhat paid for with the locals taxes.

Well the prices are actually standardized around the mean value of INR in international market. So, it goes higher for foreigners. 1INR is 0.016 USD for actually it's quite cheaper after conversion too (250 INR= 4USD). Where as in India people earn in INR so, they have to pay accordingly
